We have compiled the FAQs below in order to help customers find answers easily and immediately. How do I check my order status? How long does it take to process my order? My question is not listed here, how do I contact you? The item I want is listed as back-ordered, can I still order it? What size clothing item should I buy for my pet? What forms of payment do you accept?
How do I check my order status? Customers who created an account when they checked out should log in to view their order status. For those that did not create an account, you will need the order number and the billing address used to placed the order to look up the order using our Order Status Tool.
How long does it take to process my order? While each product is different, most products take 10-15 business days to be processed after the order is placed. This is due to the quality inspection processing put in place by the sporting associations. You are charged immediately, and items are immediately placed in the inspection process. Only orders that are paid for in full will be put into the inspection process.
Orders placed after 12/1 with the free shipping or USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail may not arrive by Christmas, please contact before placing your order so we can assist in having items arrive in time.
All items will take at minimum 2-3 business days to ship, but can take up to 15 business days, due to a quality inspection process put in place by the sporting associations that we must follow (non-sporting items are also included in this timeframe for manufacturing reasons).
These are general time estimates and are not guaranteed to take this long, or to not take longer. This processing time is in addition to the shipping timeframe selected. We do NOT guarantee any order to arrive by a certain date unless we are contacted first. Please, do not assume your delivery date. Refunds are not given based on customer's assumptions. Only refunds are given for non-delivery based on clear communication prior to the order with us. Holiday items are not refunded for any reason, even if they are delivered post-holiday, again if you don't contact us prior to order for a guaranteed delivery.
Depending on your shipping selection, your total time for delivery can be 5 calendar weeks (and this does not include holidays).

Yes, our site is secure. When you log into your account, or as you checkout, you'll notice the secure icon in the bottom right of your browser. We only use the highest encryption to ensure your privacy. In addition, our servers do not store your credit card. The only information we store when you create an account with us is your contact information, and this is done as a courtesy so you don't have to enter it every time you place an order.
The item I want is listed as back-ordered, can I still order it? Yes, any item that is listed as back-ordered can be placed into your shopping cart and ordered. Usually these are items that are popular and are currently out-of-stock, but have placed an order for more that are due in shortly. You will be charged immediately in order to hold your place on a waiting list for the item.

Canceled orders require a 50% cancellation fee. Orders can not be canceled after 24 hours after your order is placed.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. If you order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The item must be delivered to us no later than 15 days after delivery.
Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping as well as any order that qualified for free shipping will have the shipping costs deducted prior to the refund.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. All tags must be attached and the item never used, not even for a second to try on.

What size clothing item should I buy for my pet? This is always a tough question. We list the size information for each clothing item in the product description. Please refer to the particular item and measurements listed. Measure your pet carefully and always leave room for growth.
